DESCRIPTION:Transportation infrastructure – the ability to safely\, effectively and efficiently move people\, goods and services – is one of the most essential functions of our government. Our state and local budgets are consumed largely by maintenance and new development projects \nOur speaker this month has had a front seat to some of the biggest transportation and transit related projects throughout Milwaukee County; including the East-West Bus Rapid Transit project\, the North-South Transit Enhancement project\, the National Ave. Reconstruction project as well as other state led initiatives. \nJoin us on April 25\, 2023 at 5pm to hear from Jeff Sponcia\, Transportation Program Planning Manager at Milwaukee County Department of Transportation.
