The revitalization of downtown Milwaukee has been all over the local and even national news.  What is not always highlighted is the great efforts that are underway to revitalize the near west side neighborhoods near downtown.
This month’s guest and his company Near West Side Partners, are spearheading the efforts to transform the perception of the near west side to attract tenants and other developers to the neighborhood.  He will share with us the great successes and challenges they have had bringing investment and opportunity to this area.
